1.20.070 Application review.
A. The city manager may certify as eligible an application which is determined to comply with the requirements of this chapter. A decision to approve or deny an application shall be made within ninety calendar days of receipt of a complete application.
B. Approval. The city manager may approve the application upon the finding that:
1. The proposed project is or will be, at the time of completion, in conformance with all local plans and regulations that apply at the time the application is approved; and
2. The applicant has complied with all standards and guidelines adopted by the city under this chapter.
C. The city manager shall issue a written decision on issuance of a waiver to the applicant.
D. Availability of Waivers. The city of Lacey is limited in the number of waivers distributed each year. The number of waivers available shall be limited to fifty units per year. These waivers will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. (Ord. 1612 §20, 2022).
