“Bicycle” for the purposes of this chapter means every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride, having any wheels more than fourteen inches in diameter. The term shall not include those devices commonly known as tricycles but shall include three wheeled bicycles. (Ord. 271 §1 (part), 1973).
