The chief of police shall upon request of any citizen of the city record and maintain the name and address of the person making the request and the number of the frame of the bicycle for which such request is made. (Ord. 1391 §2, 2012; Ord. 905 §2, 1991; Ord. 271 §1 (part), 1973).
