It shall be unlawful for any person to stop or park a motor vehicle upon any sidewalk, walkway or bike path within the city. For purposes of this section, the terms sidewalk, walkway and bike path shall mean those areas set aside within the public right-of-way for use by pedestrians, bicycles or a combination thereof and shall include that portion of said area adjacent to privately owned driveways.
