The Commute Trip Reduction Plan for the City of Lacey shall be applicable and enforced in the manner set forth in RCW 70.94.521-70.94.555 and the definitions and requirements set forth in said sections shall be considered a part of said plan as adopted in Section 1 hereof. (Ord. 1328 §3, 2009).
