12.16.005 Definitions.

Whenever the following terms are used in this chapter, they shall have the meaning as defined in this section:
A. “Right-of-way” means the area of land dedicated for current or future public use;
B. “Director of public works” means the designated person serving as director of public works or that person’s authorized deputy, agent or representative. (Ord. 876 §1, 1990).
