A permit fee in an amount established by resolution of the city council shall accompany the right-of-way access permit application. In addition, plan check and inspection fees will be levied pursuant to Chapter 14.22 of this code. Approval of a right-of-way access permit is contingent upon approval of plans as required in Section 12.16.020. (Ord. 876 §5, 1990).
