Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 13.08.020, the building drain shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the requirements of the Washington State Department of Health, the Thurston County health department, the Plumbing Code of the state of Washington, and the plumbing code of the city of Lacey. A permit for construction of a private sewage disposal system within the city will be required. (Ord. 1000 §3, 1994; Ord. 166 §4(A), 1970).
