That certain document titled “LOTT Discharge and Industrial Pretreatment Regulations,” as revised in 2007, and modified in 2008, is hereby adopted as the official rules and regulations of the City of Lacey setting forth industrial pretreatment requirements and regulations of discharges into the City’s wastewater system. For purposes of said regulations, the term “City” shall mean the City of Lacey.
