This chapter sets forth uniform policies and procedures for the City of Lacey’s Reclaimed Water Utility and the distribution of reclaimed water and the use of reclaimed water by the city and its customers, as required by the State Reclaimed Water Permits issued to the LOTT Alliance. The policies and procedures are intended to be and shall be construed so that they are consistent with provisions of Chapter 90.46 RCW, the Standards, the Permits, and the General Agreement.
