It is unlawful for any person supplied with reclaimed water from the city’s reclaimed water supply system to use the reclaimed water for purposes other than those named in the Reclaimed Water Service Agreement, or to use it in violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 1294 §1, 2007).
