There is adopted and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein, at length, that certain code known as the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council, as the performance code for the city, regulating and governing the performance-based design, construction, and quality of materials.
