The building official/fire marshal may seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin any acts or practices and abate any condition which constitutes or will constitute a violation of this title. The filing or pendency of any criminal action or such violations shall not be a bar to such legal or equitable relief. (Ord. 1293 §10, 2007).
