A. The following proposed actions that do not have flexible thresholds are categorically exempt from threshold determination and EIS requirements, subject to the rules and limitations on categorical exemptions contained in WAC 197-11-305:
1. Actions listed in WAC 197-11-800(1) through (24), except as provided for in LMC 14.24.060. (Ord. 1507 §2, 2017).
