A. For each request for the deferral of payment of residential impact fees requested per the provisions contained in LMC 14.25.140, administrative fees will be imposed per the city’s fee schedule, as amended. Fees shall be paid in conjunction with the submission of the deferral request.

B. Any feepayer filing an appeal of impact fees per LMC 14.25.110 shall pay the fee set forth by the city for appeals of administrative decisions set forth in Chapter 2.30 LMC and Chapter 1D of the City of Lacey Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards. The appeal fee shall be paid at the time of filing an appeal.

C. Administration fees shall be deposited into a separate administrative fee account that is established by the city separate from any impact fees paid by the feepayer. Administrative fees shall be used to defray the actual costs associated with reviewing the permit/request.

D. Administrative fees shall not be refundable, shall not be waived, and shall not be credited against the impact fees. (Ord. 1507 §7 (part), 2017).
