Maps of soils in the Lacey area are located on the Web Soil Survey (Natural Resource Conservation District). The soil survey maps, as amended, are the basis for the CARA categories referenced in this chapter. The standards of this chapter shall apply to all lots or parcels which include Category I or II critical aquifer recharge areas, within the jurisdiction of the city of Lacey. Maps relating to city of Lacey wellhead protection areas and critical aquifer recharge areas can be found in the City of Lacey Water System Plan, as amended. In the event that any of the critical aquifer recharge areas or wellhead protection areas shown on the maps conflict with the criteria set forth in this chapter, the criteria in this chapter shall control.
