A. All nonexempt activities that were approved prior to the passage of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of LMC 14.36.200.

B. No activity specified in subsection A of this section shall be expanded, changed, enlarged or altered in any way unless it complies with all of the provisions of LMC 14.36.190.

C. When in conflict, provisions of this section shall supersede the normal nonconforming use provisions of Chapter 16.93 LMC. Activities or adjuncts thereof that are nuisances shall not be entitled to continue. (Ord. 1505 §44 (part), 2017).
