In the event of a conflict between this chapter and any other provision of the Lacey City Code or city ordinance providing for a civil penalty, this chapter shall control. Provisions of the Public Peace, Safety and Morals Code, LMC Title 9, do not apply to this chapter. (Ord. 926 §2 (part), 1991).
