A. The director of the Lacey community and economic development department, or designee, is vested with the duty of administering this title, and may prepare and require the use of such forms as are essential to the administration of this title.

B. Minimal Interpretation. In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this title shall be held to be the minimum requirements.

C. Severability. The provisions of this title are severable. If a section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this title is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this title. (Ord. 1520 §18, 2017; Ord. 1235 §1, 2, 2005).
