Upon approval, disapproval or modification of the preliminary plat by the hearings examiner, the assigned planner shall so notify the applicant pursuant to the notice requirements of Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards Section 1C.070 within ten days of said action. The action of the hearings examiner shall be noted on two copies of the preliminary plat, including reference to any attached documents describing conditions imposed. The planner shall return one copy to the subdivider and retain one copy for the permanent file. (Ord. 1650 §22, 2023; Ord. 1235 §1, 8, 2005).
