All lots shall be provided with adequate provisions for storm drainage that is connected to the storm drainage system of the city or other on-site system as approved by the director of public works. All storm drainage systems shall be designed and constructed according to all applicable provisions of the Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards and the Stormwater Design Manual, as amended.
