Uses other than those specifically identified or described in LMC 16.25.020 are prohibited; provided, however, that the enforcing officer and/or site plan review committee may consider uses similar to, or related to, those of LMC 16.25.020 upon a finding that a particular unlisted use is consistent with the general intent of Chapter 16.25 LMC and is compatible with other land uses.
