All industrial and commercial buildings and uses shall comply with design review standards of Chapter 14.23 LMC. Design review shall promote the development of an attractive and functional light industrial site and contribute to the city’s economic development by promoting healthy, vibrant and attractive industrial areas that will attract additional private investment.
