Any unclaimed personal property or moneys in the possession of the city, or any department or agency thereof, shall be disposed of pursuant to the limitations and procedures set forth in RCW 63.36.010–63.36.030 as now enacted or hereinafter amended. (Ord. 186 §1, 1971).
