Any person who knowingly possesses a controlled substance or a counterfeit substance, as set out in RCW 69.50.4011, is guilty of a misdemeanor. The prosecutor is encouraged to divert cases under this section for assessment, treatment, or other services. (Ord. 1597 §5, 2021).
