A. “Aircraft” for the purposes of this chapter means any contrivance now known, or hereafter invented, used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air, and equipped for landing upon or taking off from water.

B. “Person” for the purposes of this chapter means any individual, regardless of age or sex, firm, partnership, corporation, company, or association.

C. “Waterway” for the purposes of this chapter means any lake, pond, river, creek, stream, or other fresh water body of water. (Ord. 1084 §1, 1998).
