This policy will be implemented through adherence to the Transportation Plan, Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan and the Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards for both capital construction and development projects. These plans specify the type and location of improvements and will be implemented as funding becomes available or as development occurs. (Ord. 1540 §1 (part), 2019).
