A. No person shall permit or cause the discharge of any sewage, garbage, or other objectionable waste into any natural outlet or on public or private property within the city except as herein provided.

B. No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the city any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 166 §2(A, B), 1970).
