13.52.040 Applicability of Sections 13.52.020 and 13.52.030.

Those provisions of Sections 13.52.020 and 13.52.030 of this chapter shall apply to the extension of the city’s sewerage lines in the same manner as such sections apply to the extension of the city’s water lines. (Ord. 515 §3, 1978).
