Any person violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punished by a fine of $500.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1097 §9, 1999; Ord. 494 §19, 1978; Ord. 183 §21, 1971).
