All use of reclaimed water shall be metered. The city shall install and maintain reclaimed water meters on the outlet side of the city’s conveyance system to provide accurate measurement of the quantity of reclaimed water supplied under a reclaimed water service agreement. All meters shall remain the property of the city; provided, however, that any meter may be exchanged with another meter of similar kind as deemed necessary by the Director. (Ord. 1294 §1, 2007).
