Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this code is guilty of a misdemeanor and each person is deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during which any violation of any of the provisions of this code is committed, or continued, and upon conviction of any such violation, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
