A. Those areas in the city of Lacey that are considered environmentally sensitive areas designated or described under Chapters 14.28, 14.33, 14.34, 14.36, and 14.37 LMC retain their status as categorical exemptions except as provided for in subsection B of this section.

B. Certain exemptions do not apply on lands covered by water, and this remains true regardless of whether or not lands covered by water are mapped. (Ord. 1507 §6, 2017; Ord. 935 §12, 1992; Ord. 701 §2 (part), 1984).
