This chapter is adopted to assess impact fees for school facilities pursuant to Chapter 82.02 RCW. Traffic mitigation and concurrency requirements are outlined in Chapter 14.21 LMC and are not subject to this chapter. (Ord. 1507 §7 (part), 2017).
