A. The service area for school impact fees is the portions of the boundary of the North Thurston School District within the incorporated city limits of Lacey.

B. The service areas for the North Thurston School District Capital Facilities Plan, as amended, is hereby found to be reasonable and established on the basis of sound planning and engineering principles and are consistent with Chapter 82.02 RCW. (Ord. 1507 §7 (part), 2017).
