Any activity other than those specified in LMC 14.28.120 may not be conducted in wetlands or wetland buffers except upon wetland development approval from the city of Lacey pursuant to the quasi-judicial review procedures contained in Section 1C.050 of the City of Lacey Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards.
