Every adjustment made for the purpose of adjusting boundary lines between platted or unplatted lots or both, which does not create any additional lot, tract, parcel, site or division nor create any lot, tract, parcel, site, or division which contains insufficient area and dimension to meet minimum requirements for width and area for a building site shall proceed in compliance with this chapter. A consolidation of lots shall proceed through the same process as outlined for boundary line adjustments described in this chapter. Boundary line adjustments and lot consolidations may also be accomplished as part of a plat, short plat, or binding site plan. (Ord. 1520 §20, 2017; Ord. 1235 §4, 2005).
