A. Requirements for Recording. The form and composition of applications for all condominiums within the city of Lacey shall meet the requirements of this chapter, as well as requirements of the Thurston County assessor and Thurston County auditor’s office.

B. Required Form for City of Lacey Approval. A form for the signature of the director, or designee, has been developed to demonstrate review and approval from the city of Lacey. This form, with the required signature, shall be submitted to the county assessor and county auditor’s office with application for all condominium approvals within the city of Lacey.

C. No Condominium Recorded without City of Lacey Review and Approval. No declaration to create a condominium within the City of Lacey shall be filed or recorded at Thurston County or the state of Washington without first having been reviewed and approved by the city of Lacey.
