The city council shall hold its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each calendar month. All regular meetings of the city council shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on such days and shall be held at Lacey City Hall at 420 College Street SE, in the city council chambers at such address, or at such other place as may be determined by the city council in accordance with the requirements of the State Open Public Meetings Act. Work sessions of the city council which shall be considered regular meetings for purposes of the State Open Public Meetings Act shall be held at the same time and same place on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
