Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any lawful rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine in the sum not to exceed $500.00. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 577 §1 (part), 1980).
