3.09.040 Delinquency penalties.
This section is included in your selections.
If payment of any tax due is not received by the city on or before the day it becomes due, there shall be added a delinquency penalty as follows;
A. One to forty days delinquency, ten percent with a minimum penalty of five dollars;
B. Forty one to seventy days delinquency, fifteen percent with a minimum penalty of ten dollars;
C. Seventy one or more days delinquency, twenty percent with a minimum penalty of fifteen dollars. (Ord. 1074 §1, 1997).
