The TNC shall maintain a registered agent for service of process in the state of Washington. The name, telephone number, and physical address of the registered agent shall be submitted to the city of Lacey at the time of license application. The TNC shall notify the city of Lacey in writing of any changes to its registered agent during the term of the license. (Ord. 1489 §2 (part), 2016).
