5.34.040 Violation--Penalty.
This section is included in your selections.
Violations of this chapter shall be treated as follows:
A. On the first violation a written or verbal warning may be issued with no penalty to be attached thereto;
B. A second and subsequent violations shall constitute Class III civil infractions. (Ord. 1392 §2, 2012; Ord. 373 (part), 1975).
