A. A person is guilty of disrupting school activities if he comes upon any schoolground or any street, sidewalk or public way adjacent thereto and willfully engages in conduct which causes or threatens to cause material disruption of the activities of such school.

B. Disrupting school activities is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 499 §2 (part), 1978).
