9.56.226 Harassment of wildlife and waterfowl.

It shall be unlawful for operators of any motorized watercraft or personal watercraft to purposefully chase, intimidate, injure, or otherwise harass any type of wildlife or waterfowl. (Ord. 938 §15, 1992).
