It is unlawful to make repairs to an existing private sewage disposal system or pump from a private sewage disposal facility without first obtaining a permit from the city, except in the case of an emergency during nonworking hours. In such cases, it is required that a permit be obtained on the next working day. There shall be no charge for the permit required in this section. (Ord. 166 §4(B), 1970).
