The quasi-judicial review of a variance by the hearings examiner shall proceed in conformance with the requirements contained in Chapter 16.90 LMC and Section 1C.050 of the City of Lacey Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards. (Ord. 1520 §66, 2017; Ord. 1235 §1, 12, 2005).
