“Rear lot line” means the lot line which is opposite and most distant from the front lot line, except, in the case of a triangular or pie-shaped lot, it means a straight line ten feet in length which: (l) is parallel to the front lot line; or, (2) intersects the two other lot lines at points most distant from the front lot line.
