“Shopping plaza” means a continuous, one-story area that is readily accessible to the public and visible consumer shopping with uses such as, but not limited to, flower shops, apparel shops, magazine and smoke shops, card shops, gift shops, outdoor-indoor cafes, art galleries and similar specialty shops.
