2.76.020 Sale of unclaimed property--Procedures generally.

The city manager or the manager’s designee shall assure that any sale of unclaimed property pursuant to Section 2.76.010 is conducted in a manner which will insure open bidding procedures and fairness in the same manner as directed for the sale of surplus property pursuant to Section 2.72.080. (Ord. 888 §3, 1990).
